a. To work for collective welfare and interest of its members

b. To mobilize the members of the units in “FOUNDATION” and persuade them to cooperate with each other to solve the problems

c. To generally work to create pleasant atmosphere in Foundation

d. To provide shelter and to look after the abnormal and helpless children without interest

e. To provide financial assistance to its members in situation of their financial need

f. To promote brotherhood and friendship amongst the members of the foundation

g. To run the foundation on non-political, non-commercial and non-religious basis

h. The foundation shall purely run on charitable basis

i. To promote art and literature by educating its members and establishing institute for whole foundation

j. To promote brotherhood and friendship amongst the members of the foundation

k. Plan develop and establish orphanage educational institutions

l. For the utilization of its money, property or income or any part thereof solely for promoting its objects

m. For the maintenance of accounts of the foundation being kept in scheduled bank or in a post office or national savings

n. To ensure, receive, accept and manage funds, donations grants endowments and any other Movable property or properties from lawful sources within a country and to utilize them for furthering and promoting the aims and objects of the Foundation subject to the Approval of competent authority.

o. The foundation shall confine its activities only to the aim and object of the Foundation as set forth in the Memorandum of Foundation and the income and property of the foundation from whatever sources derived shall be applied solely towards promoting the objects of the Foundation and no portion thereof.
